Believing in the power of setting goals, Renee understands the importance of achieving dreams. Renee dreamed of riding horseback to the majestic peek of Vista Grande, Colorado at the elevation of 12,000 feet in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. She has done that twice. She has ridden seven different mountain ranges throughout western USA and has recently returned from her second visit to England. Renee's yearly goal of deep sea fishing with her father and catching the big one has been achieved for over 11 years and counting.
Understanding the importance of higher education, Renee has accomplished what only 2% of REALTORS have achieved. Pursuing her GRI and CRS, Council of Residential Specialist was her immediate goal after obtaining her real estate sales license. During those three years required to graduate, she took additional classes which qualified her to hold the ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, designation. Shortly after, Renee successfully completed classes and exams for her Brokers License and CRB, Council of Real Estate Broker Managers, needed for her to manage three local Coldwell Banker offices. She managed those offices with more than 35 agents for over 5 years until the offices were sold and she eagerly returned to what she loved best, listing and selling real estate. Renee is now on the leading edge of her market place through superior service, and advanced technology and believing in "the client is number one" philosophy.
As her children first visualized their own dreams, Renee became their biggest fan and source of encouragement. Her oldest son, Erik, graduated from Clemson University with a degree in architecture. He, Aimee and Renee's first grandchild, Elliot made their home in the Historical District of Lockerbie in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Her second son, Henry, has graduated from Indiana University and has recently moved to Las Angeles, CA. to pursue his passion for music in the field of sound production with CBS. Besides production, Henry's musical passion includes the bass guitar, piano and double bass. Renee's youngest, Elizabeth along with her husband Keegan have opened a new business selling Gravely lawn/garden equipment, aluminum trails and yard tools in Elkhart, In. called Yard-n-Gard.
Renee makes her home ‘out in the country’ just south of Plymouth on 15 wooded acres with her Thoroughbred, Zane and several barn cats. When she is not busy with real estate she truly enjoys her gardens, cutting paths through the woods, ‘fixing up’ her home which was built in 1875, converting a little carriage barn into a quaint cottage and just hanging out with Zane, her retired race horse. Of course, her favorite times are when her Grandson, Elliot, comes to visit “Gramma’s Farm”.
"If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours." - Henry David Thoreau
